Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove

Often referred to by locals as "the grove," Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in Miami. The Miami-Dade CountyFlorida community is south of the neighborhoods of Brickell and The Roads and east of Coral Gables. The eastern border of Coconut Grove is Biscayne Bay.

Tucked between Biscayne Bay and U.S. Highway 1, the waterfront village vibe of Coconut Grove offers a laid-back alternative to the high-energy bustle of the international metropolis of Miami. From gallery walks and outdoor dining to quirky festivals and sailboat races, there's always something to do. The eastern border of Coconut Grove is Biscayne Bay, and the community offers a sailing club, a yacht club and Dinner Key Marina. The coastal area that contains Peacock Park, Dinner Key and Kennedy Park comprises the waterfront heart of Coconut Grove.
